YFP is a place for health proffesionals to access and work on on health promotion, creat advocacy, access CMEs and mentorship to medical students and early career healthcare professionals.

We work in partnership with Minstry of Health Ethiopia, Ethiopian Medical Association (EMA) and other medical societies in Ethiopia; To facilitate our activities we have registered Yetena Weg as legal non-profit organization in Pennsylvania, USA and we are proud to say all our programs are run by an all volunteer members from across the world..

Yetena Weg Continuous Medical Education (CME) program is a virtual program created to facilitate educational activities among Ethiopian physicians so that they maintain, develop, or increase their knowledge and competence as well as enhance their performance to provide the best medical care for their patients. To do so, it collaborates with various associations and organizations who are accredited to present CME activities.

The career and professional development program will have a series of webinars focusing on different topics that will help Health care professionals on their career and professional development, the program will run every year; Each year has 9 sessions, the sessions will take place every six weeks. Enrolled health care professionals will be certified at the end of the year in partnership with the Ministry of Health.
